Cady Frazier joins our kitchen with an amazing acumen of culinary knowledge. She is a graduate of the Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts in Austin, Texas, where she studied all facets of plant-based cuisine including several courses in raw food. She is also a baker at Hilltop Coffee Shop in Portland, where her goal is to add more vegan options into the sweets case. Cady is very excited to join KGR and to continue exploring her passion of locally made, wholesome food.
Paige Peterson worked at Modern Vegan before joining the KGR team, but that was hardly her first experience in the kitchen. She became Vegan at 15 and took over cooking for her whole family working her way through every recipe in Isa Chandra Moskowitz’s Veganomicon. Her comfort in the kitchen is a rawsome addition to our group. Paige will be taking October off to intern at the Farm Sanctuary in New York. When she isn’t in the kitchen, she is volunteering at the Animal Refuge League where she loves playing with the kittens.
